525-strong German Sin R1 became a serial

525-strong German Sin R1 became a serial

What has forgotten about daring R1 development of the German company, a startup Sin Cars GmbH? And in vain – the company finally produced a marketable version of the extreme sports car, and announced the start of production this summer. Moreover – “ready” R1 arrives at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and then immediately go on sale.

So, about two years for the Germans to build a road version “Erki” (recall that Initially, the firm has released only a track model – 960-pound dvuhdverka debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2013). In practice, to assess the results of the work we can not yet, but on paper, as promised, more than happy – relatively easy dvuhmestnik (no exact figures, but Sin said earlier about 200-250 kg plus the weight of the track stuff) retained 6 2-liter 525-horsepower V8 and GM production pulyat able to first hundred for some 2.5 seconds.

And if the above mentioned figures were delicious earlier, some of the public useful in Sin concealed, leaving the sweet. Thus, a trade option has got ABS, traction control, new exhaust, air conditioning, entertainment system tablet-style, and improved dashboard, together with the dash and steering wheel. Plus, by default it will be equipped with combat wing and adjustable bucket.

Unfortunately, the price for all this stuff has not been announced (previously it expected about € 70,000, however, we think , the reality is not so humanely). But we will pick up to R1 in Frankfurt and try to get to know – look, and with a price tag will understand.
